I look at the world—
Look at the trees which seemed
Lifeless to me when I was young!
Now I see the lively birds in them,
The new-born leaves declaring their existence.
The whizzing sound of wind
As the bow to his presence,
Moving their branches to greet him.
The sound of birds chirping—
Some are singing in delight,
While some are crying for food….
The shapeless clouds of a sunny day
Like tufts of white cotton move with the wind,
The sun staring at us,
Burning all evil with its heat,
Lightening all caverns by his light.
The sweet fragrance of flowers
Spreading to every corner of the world,
The bees, so busy in collecting nectar,
The hard-working ants moving for food….
I sit and watch for the whole day.
Then at the evening,
The sun sets in with best wishes for the night,
And his glamorous light fades…
Then rises the moon,
With lots of dreams for the night!
The sky gets covered with stars—
Shinning like small diamonds,
Embedded in the heart of the universe.
And the most blissful experience is
That I live—
I have a life—
A life that showed me all these,
A life that brought me many dreams,
A life that tells at every point—
‘A thing of beauty,
Is a joy forever.’!
